Ms. V. Molloy

Ici on parle français!

Ms. Vanessa Molloy, our French teacher with a distinctive Irish brogue, has taught at Cumberland High School for the past 7 years.  Her undergraduate work was completed in French and Spanish at Providence College.  Ms. Molloy taught previously at Bishop Feehan High School where she taught Spanish and French.  Ms. Molloy continually works towards addressing the individual needs of  her students by using a varied methodology in the preparation of her classes.  She keeps abreast of current trends in language methodology and consistently attends district-sponsored workshops. Because she seeks to challenge her students to use the target language as much as possible both inside and outside the classroom, she is very interested in travel as a reinforcement of language study.  In April 2005 she traveled to Paris with a group of students.  Mrs. Molloy is currently teaching French II, III and IV.  Visit Mrs. Molloy's web site to learn more about her classes; or her Schoolnotes site to get information on homework and daily lessons.
